ThermoChefAI ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use our mobile application and website (the "App").

1. Information We Collect

  • Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address, name, and profile picture (if provided via Google or Apple Sign-In).
  • Usage Data: Information about how you use the App, including generated recipes, inputted ingredients, and your interactions with features.
  • Device Information: Device-specific information such as your operating system (e.g., iOS) and device model.
  • Instagram Username (optional): If you choose to provide it, your Instagram username and your preferences about being tagged and receiving emails. This information is not public.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the App's functionality.
  • To generate personalized AI recipes tailored to your inputs.
  • To manage user accounts, authentication, and subscriptions.
  • To communicate with you regarding updates, security alerts, or support.
  • To notify you by email when one of your recipes is featured and, if you have opted in, to send you news about featured recipes and new features. Every email includes a link to unsubscribe with one click.
  • If you have provided your Instagram username and allowed it, to tag you and invite you to a collaborative post when your recipe is featured.

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with trusted third-party service providers (such as for hosting, analytics, and AI processing) solely to operate and improve the App. These services are bound by confidentiality to protect your data.

We may feature your public recipes on our social media accounts together with your first name only (e.g. "Ayşe's recipe"). You can stop this at any time from your profile page or via the link in our emails.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at destek@thermochefai.com or using the deletion option within the App (if available). Upon requesting deletion, we will remove your personal data from our active databases.

We may update our Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of the App signifies your acceptance of any updated policies.

2. Bilgilerinizi Nasıl Kullanıyoruz

  • Uygulamanın işlevselliğini sağlamak, sürdürmek ve iyileştirmek için.
  • Girdilerinize göre yapay zeka ile kişiselleştirilmiş tarifler oluşturmak için.
  • Kullanıcı hesaplarını, kimlik doğrulamayı ve abonelikleri yönetmek için.
  • Güncellemeler, güvenlik uyarıları veya destek amacıyla sizinle iletişim kurmak için.
  • Tariflerinizden biri öne çıkarıldığında sizi e-postayla bilgilendirmek ve izin verdiyseniz öne çıkan tarifler ve yenilikler hakkında e-posta göndermek için. Her e-postada tek tıkla abonelikten çıkma bağlantısı bulunur.
  • Instagram kullanıcı adınızı paylaştıysanız ve izin verdiyseniz, tarifiniz öne çıkarıldığında sizi etiketlemek ve ortak gönderi daveti göndermek için.

3. Bilgilerin Paylaşılması

Kişisel verilerinizi satmıyoruz. Bilgileri yalnızca Uygulamayı işletmek ve iyileştirmek amacıyla güvenilir üçüncü taraf hizmet sağlayıcılarla (barındırma, analiz ve yapay zeka işleme gibi) paylaşabiliriz. Bu hizmetler verilerinizi korumak için gizlilik kurallarına tabidir.

Herkese açık tariflerinizi yalnızca adınızın ilk kısmıyla (ör. "Ayşe'nin tarifi") sosyal medya hesaplarımızda paylaşabiliriz. Bunu profil sayfanızdan veya e-postalarımızdaki bağlantıdan dilediğiniz zaman durdurabilirsiniz.

4. Veri Saklama ve Silme

Verileriniz, hesabınız aktif olduğu sürece saklanır. Hesabınızın ve ilişkili tüm verilerin silinmesini destek@thermochefai.com adresine ulaşarak veya Uygulama içindeki silme seçeneğini (varsa) kullanarak dilediğiniz zaman talep edebilirsiniz. Silme talebinde bulunduğunuzda kişisel verileriniz aktif veritabanlarımızdan kaldırılacaktır.

Gizlilik Politikamızı zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz, güncellenmiş politikaları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
