Steamed Meatballs with White Beans and Sun-Dried Tomatoes
A delicious and nutritious dish made with ground beef, sun-dried tomatoes, and white beans, steamed to perfection in the Arzum ThermoGusto.

- 500 g ground beef 🥩
- 1 tsp isot 🌶️
- 1 tsp red pepper 🫑
- Parsley 🌿
- Boiled white beans 🍚
- Sun-dried tomatoes 🍅
- Red onion 🧅

- 1Insert chopping blade into the bowl. Add red onion and parsley. → 10 sec / Speed 6 (chop)
- 2Add ground beef, isot, red pepper, chopped sun-dried tomatoes, and boiled white beans. → 1 min / Speed 4 (mix)
- 3Shape the mixture into meatballs.
- 4Place the meatballs in the steam tray. Close the lid.
- 5Pour 500 ml of water into the mixing bowl.
- 6Add the remaining boiled white beans and sun-dried tomatoes in the steaming basket. → 50 min / 110°C / Speed 1 (steam cooking)
- 7Once finished, stop the device and serve hot.
